What file formats are included with my digital purchase?
Most of our digital designs include SVG, DXF, PNG, and EPS formats to ensure compatibility with Cricut, Silhouette, and other major cutting machines.
How will I receive my digital files after payment?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through your account dashboard.
Can I use these designs for commercial projects?
Yes, all our designs come with a limited commercial license allowing you to create and sell physical products. However, reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any technical issues with a file, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
What is the shipping time for physical craft supplies?
Physical items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What should I do if my file won't open in my cutting software?
First, ensure you have unzipped the folder. If the issue persists, check that your software is up to date or contact our support team for a converted version of the file.
